Early Swirly – New Releases This Week: 04-23-2012
One of the big guns of 2012 is here. Although it didn’t make it on our biggest releases of 2012 list, it certainly is highly anticipated. Protoype is back with the appropriately titled sequel known as Prototype 2 (I was personally hoping for a last minute title change to Prototype: Part Deux. A guy can dream, can’t he?). Get ready for all the shape shifting you can handle.
Bloodforge is a 360 exclusive available on XBLA. I must say that this game looks bloody and it looks awesome. Somewhere, Kratos is nodding his head in appreciation. If it delivers, we are definitely looking at a runner for Best Downloadable Game of 2012.
Also out this week is an add-on for FIFA ’12 known as UEFA Euro 2012. It is not a stand alone title and you must have a copy of FIFA 12 to play it. The DLC comes with 50 teams, even more players and enough accents to make you feel like you’re at a Renaissance Faire. So if soccer (or football) is your thing, it will be ready for you on Tuesday.
