The Free Points-Card Game-Flush Anniversary Giveaway that We Don’t Have an Official Name For!

It’s official! In honor of our upcoming one year anniversary, Game-Flush.com is holding a contest to say thank you to our fans. We’re giving away a free $20 ‘Gamer-Points’ card to the winner (i.e. PlayStation Points, Wii Points or Xbox Points–depending on your preference). That’s right, FREE! So, how do you enter? Just read ahead for the specifics. It’s a piece of cake! Well…not literally…but you get what we mean.

All you have to do is either leave a comment anywhere on our site or join one of our social networks (Facebook, Twitter or MySpace). Once you do one of these things, your name and e-mail address will be added to the contestant list. Even if you haven’t read this article, you’re still entered into the contest! What’s more, you get one entry for doing each one of these things. So, if you follow us on Twitter, like us on Facebook, friend us on MySpace and comment on our site you can actually enter your name into the contest 4 times. There are a few stipulations however.

You cannot leave a comment that has nothing to do with the article or review you are posting in. We’ll consider that spam, so please make the comments relevant. And only one comment will count for an entry, but feel free to comment more. Also any suspicious social-network accounts will be denied (at our discretion).

Please note, the deadline for all ‘entries’ is midnight EST on August 24, 2011. If you are already a member of our social networks you already have an entry for each one you’re a member of. However if you have left a comment on the site before today, you are not already added to the list. You must have posted from today onward.

We’re doing it old school: drawing your name physically out of a hat (we’ll try to make it a Mario hat, if that makes you all feel better–though Frendo would probably prefer we use his Link hat). The drawing will be held during the day of our one year anniversary, Thursday, August 25, 2011, and the announcement will be held promptly after the fact.

The winner will then be notified by e-mail and asked what points he/she would like (Wii, PlayStation or Xbox). The points will then be purchased, and the points code will be e-mailed to the winner. If the winner does not respond to our e-mail within two weeks time (14 days), they give up their prize. A second winner will then be chosen and the free card will pass to them.

Of course, the more often you check out our advertisers and sponsors, the more often we can do contests/giveaways, and better prizes we can give at that! So what are you waiting for? Get out there! Get posting and adding! And good luck to everyone! Flush On!
